Here at Meganursery we have a very committed and dedicated staff team. Our staff are fun, happy, bubbly and most of all they love children.
The staff are 100% committed to the safety , well-being, care and development of your child. Staff are committed to continually developing themselves and their skills in order to keep up to date with the latest childcare procedures.
All our staff are carefully selected through the interview process. All staff, including volunteers are thoroughly police checked.
There is also a strong management team, who are committed to maintaining a standard of excellence and ensuring that the nursery continues to meet the needs of your children and you as parents.
Volunteers & Students
Meganursery welcomes all volunteers - parent/carer volunteers, college students and work experience students.
All long term volunteers will be thoroughly police checked . Volunteers & students are always supervised and are never given the responsibility for a group of children.
Meganursery has a very strict safeguarding policy. Our policy is to ensure the safety & well-being of your child. Before any work experience students are accepted on placement, the Meganursery child protection officer contacts the school's child protection liason officer to ensure the suitability of the student to work with children.
