At the Megacentre we have eight fully equipped mega-suites for hire. Our largest room, The Concert Hall, will hold 700 delegates in theatre style, while our smallest caters for as little as four or five people.
Half-day rates are available upon request for most of our rooms. All our rooms are contemporary in style and provide an excellent environment for everything from small meetings through to large conferences and exhibitions.
We also offer a complete Event Management service so we can manage your event from start to finish so you can relax and cut out the middle man.

We can give you a quote based on an individual delegate rate for the day, or if you wish we can quote you for the hire of the room, plus any additional food and refreshments.
All rooms come with standard equipment, including flip chart, white board, pens and Megacentre note pads. Additional equipment such as data projectors, laptops, high-speed internet connectivity, tables and extra flip charts can be booked upon request at excellent rates which are discounted for community organisations and charities.

The Sheffield Concert Hall - Capacity 700
The Concert Hall is our largest and best equipped room of all. You'll be amazed at the space, the quality and the general level of facilities within this room. The Concert Hall makes an excellent room for speaker conference events, exhibitions and cabaret style functions.

The Underground - Capacity 250
The Undergound, seating up to 250 people, provides a slightly different feel than our other rooms. If you are looking for something slightly different then the well equipped Underground could be what you are looking for.

Wesley Megasuite - Capacity 80
The right environment is a key to the success of your event. The air-conditioned Wesley Megasuite provides adequate space to hold an event in cabaret style for up to 60 people, making it ideal for workshop style or interactive events.

Whitfield Megasuite - Capacity 50
Seating up to 50 people, the air-conditioned Whitfield Megasuite is one of our most popuar rooms. A bright and spacious fully equipped room with contemporary decor and plenty of natural lighting.

Mega Relax - Capacity 40
Mega Relax is an excellent room for breakout, small training sessions and it can be used to circulate during lunch or simply relax on the sofa. For informal away days it is ideal.

Booth Megasuite - Capacity 30
Seating up to 30 people, the air-conditioned Booth Megasuite can be joined together with the Wesley suite to seat a further 90 people in theatre style. It's a popular room for training events and meetings.
