Unlike many conference venues we can quote on half-day rates in most cases, giving you the opportunity to save money on your event.

If you hold regular conferences and you wish to use the Megacentre on a regular basis you could qualify for up to 10% off our rates. Please contact our conference team for further details.
Half-Day Rates Available
Discounts are available for half-day bookings on room hire.
Additional Equipment
All rooms come with standard equipment (flip chart, white board, marker pens, pads, delegate pens). If you require further equipment (e.g. data projector, extra flip-charts, large tables, overhead projectors, PA etc.) please let us know and we can add these to your booking.
Menu Alternatives
Our Buffet range can be amended to suit your budget. You can choose our GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE buffet options according to the nature of your event and your budgetary limitations. We are have an Organic option as well as the ability to provide a full Halal buffet too. Prices for these are obtainable on request. We have two further options for low budget events; the first is a finger buffet and the second is a sandwich lunch. For further details on these please contact us.
Concert Hall Charges
There is a minimum charge of 150 delegates for the Concert Hall.
